After Hours Charge: Any pet left after closing hours will be charged at a rate of $1 per minute-up to 30 minutes. Unless other arrangements are agreed to, after that time the pet will be fed, watered, walked outside and boarded for the night at a charge of an additional $30.
Cancellation policy: Any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will incur a $25.00 charge.
